In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we have changed the way we receive consent from you.

 

You now need to opt-in to allow us take and potentially use photos taken of your child/children during Learn Tree sessions. If you prefer that no photo of your child is taken or used and if so, you do not need to do anything. Your silence will  not be taken as consent.

A record of your consent will be kept in a database to comply with GDPR requirements.

 

You may withdraw consent at any time by informing the manager at Learn Tree.

Learn Tree will not be able to continue to use your child's photo where explicit consent has not been given.
